深圳大2022年第二批公开招聘教师79名,报名截止至2022531日,现将有关事项公告如下:

Shenzhen University (SZU) plans to employ79 teachers with application closing on May31, 2022. Relevantinformation is hereby announced as follows:

一、聘用岗位及待遇

I. Position andRemuneration

本年度招聘岗位及具体要求见《深圳大学2022年第二批引进教师岗位计划表》(见附件1,以下简称《计划表》)。

Interestedparties are invited to refer to the ShenzhenUniversity Faculty RecruitmentPlan 2022 (Second Round) forcurrent openings (see Attachment 1, hereinafter referred to as the“Plan”). 

本年度招聘的教师岗位实行预聘-长聘管理制度,部分岗位实行全职授课教师管理制度。应聘者年龄原则上为35岁以下,学校急需引进或特别优秀的应聘者可适当放宽年龄要求根据应聘者实际情况,特别优秀的可申请聘为副教授或教授

Teachers recruited this year will besubject to the tenure track, and some positions will be subject to themanagement system of full-time academic faculty. The upper age limit is 35 yearsold, but  can be appropriately relaxed for urgently-needed talents andapplicants with particularly outstanding qualifications. Particularlyqualified applicants can also apply to be employed as associateprofessors or full professors.

预聘-长聘制教师相关待遇如下:

Remuneration for tenure-track faculty is asfollows:

1.实行年薪制,根据应聘者的经历及业绩提供具有竞争力的薪酬和科研启动专项经费特别优秀的应聘者可纳入学校人才项目培养,享受相应待遇,具体按学校相关政策执行。

1.Successfulcandidates will enjoy a competitive annual salary and research start-up fundsbased on their experience and performance. Particularly qualified candidatescan join the SZU talent program and enjoy corresponding remuneration accordingto the University’s policies.

2.受聘深圳大学鹏城孔雀计划特聘岗位可享受相应的岗位奖励。

2. Successfulcandidates of specially appointed positions in the“PengchengPeacock Project” of Shenzhen University will enjoyposition-related benefits.

3.住房政策:可申请租住校内周转房,租金优惠。符合条件者,可以享受深圳市人才房政策,具体以政府最终发布为准。

3.Housing policy: Successful candidates canapply to rent University-owned apartments on campus with a preferential rent.Candidates who meet the requirements can enjoy Shenzhens talent housing policy according to thefinal announcement of the Shenzhen government.

4.教育配套:深圳大学附属教育集团下辖4所中学、4所小学和3所幼儿园,有效保障教职工子女就学。

4.Educationsupport: The SZU Affiliated Education Group has three kindergartens, fourprimary schools and four secondary schools, providing high-qualityeducation services for the children of faculty and staff.

5.医疗保健:下设2所三甲综合医院:深圳大学总医院和附属华南医院,为教职工提供优质医疗服务。

5.Healthcare: SZU has two affiliated hospitals directly under the University: SZUGeneral Hospital and SZUHuanan Hospital,both of which are First-Class Hospital at Grade III, providing quality medicalservices for faculty and staff.

6.员工关怀学校提供体育专项经费,校内运动设施免费使用;年度健康体检;就餐补贴。

6. Other benefits: A special fund for sportsis provided, and sports facilities on campus are free of charge. Faculty andstaff will also enjoy the annual health checkup and mealsubsidies.

二、应聘者条件及要求

II. Qualifications and requirements 

1.符合本公告及《计划表》规定的资格条件。

2.应聘者所学专业须与计划表中岗位要求专业一致;所学专业须与职位规定的学历层次相对应。

3.年龄及工作经历计算截止时间为2022531

4.在应聘者水平相当的情况下,本校博士后及专职研究人员优先考虑。

1. Applicantsshould have the qualifications stipulated in this announcement and thePlan.

2. Applicantsshould have an academic background in related disciplines as specified in thePlan and have obtained the level of education in the required major asstipulated in the Plan.

3.Only the age and work experience up to the date of May 31,2022 willbe considered for the application.

4. Postdoctoraland full-time researchers from SZU are preferred when both candidates haveequal qualifications.

三、报名时间和方式

III. Applicationprocess

1.名时间:即日起至2022531日。 

2.报名方式:登录深圳大学人才招聘平台(网址: http://zp.szu.edu.cn/,建议使用360极速浏览器或谷歌浏览器),使用邮箱注册账号,收到激活邮件并激活,登录系统后在招聘岗位页面可以查看所有开放的岗位详细信息,点击申请岗位,完善简历信息并提交。每位应聘者最多可以申请三个岗位。具体报名方式请参看《教职工招聘系统操作手册(应聘者)》(附件2

外籍人士报名可将个人简历、应聘岗位、联系方式等信息发送至人力资源部邮箱:szuhr@szu.edu.cn

1. Applicationsare open till May 31,2022.

2. Applicantsshould use the SZU e-Recruitmentsystem at http://zp.szu.edu.cn/ forapplication submission (it is recommended to use 360 browser speed mode orGoogle browser). The steps are as follows:

Ø Createa user account with your email. You will receive a system-generated email afteryour registration. Click the activation link in the email to activate youraccount.

Ø Click“Apply” for the position that you wish to apply and create your profile.

Ø Click“Submit”to complete theapplication.

Eachapplicant can apply for up to three positions.Applicants can refer to Facultyand Staff Recruitment System User Instruction Manual (Attachment2) for further information on the online application process.

Foreignapplicants can send their C.V., positions that they wish to apply, and contactinformation to the Human Resources Department at szuhr@szu.edu.cn.

四、面试

IV. Interview

由各单位面试专家组综合应聘者学历背景、工作经历、学术成果、发展潜力等因素,提出拟入围面试名单。面试名单经学校人事工作教授委员会审核确定后,由各单位组织面试。面试将考察应聘者的思想政治、学术水平、科研能力、教学能力等综合素质。具体面试方式、时间、地点由各单位另行通知各单位联系人信息可在招聘平台上点击岗位进行查看

The interview panel of each unit willcomprehensively review the applicants academic background, work experience,academic achievements and development potential to shortlist candidates forinterview. After the shortlisted candidate list is reviewed and approved by theSZU faculty personnel committee, each unit will organize the interview. Theinterview will examine candidates overall qualities including academic level,research ability and teaching ability. Each unit will notify the candidates oftheir interview date/time/location. Candidates can find the contact informationof each unit by clicking on the job positions in the e-Recruitmentsystem.

面试时须同时提交如下资料:

(1)个人简历;

(2)身份证(复印件,验原件);

(3)学历、学位证书(复印件,验原件;国内应届毕业生如尚未取得毕业证请提供推荐表、成绩单原件及低一级学历、学位证书原件;海外留学回国人员需提供国家教育部认证,如未取得认证的请提供成绩单及就读院校开具的在读及毕业时间证明材料);

(4)个人近五年在教学科研方面的业绩材料(包括但不限于项目、专利、文章、著作、作品获奖、技术转移及成果转化情况);

(5)有职称的需提供专业技术资格证书;

(6)证明应聘人符合与岗位有关其他条件的材料;

(7)其他获奖、任职经历等证明材料(自愿提供)。

Applicantsshould submit the following documents for review at the interview:

(1)C.V.

(2)ID card (original copy for verification and one copy for submission).

(3)Academic and degree certificates (original copy for verification and one copyfor submission. Domestic graduates who have not yet obtained the diploma shouldprovide the recommendation form, the original transcript and the original copyof the academic and degree certificates of the last obtained degree. Applicantsfrom the overseas should provide certificates certified by the Ministry ofEducation of the People’s Republic of China. Those whohave not yet obtained the certification should provide documents including thetranscript, a certificate specifying his/her academic status and graduation timeissued by the applicant’s institutions).

(4)Proof of performance materials in teaching and research in the past five years(including but not limited to research programs,patents, articles, works, awards, technology transfer and transformation oftechnological achievements).

(5)Professional and technical qualification certificates if any;

(6)Other supporting documents to the position.

(7) Documentson other awards and work experience (optional). 

五、录取结果公布及公示。

V. Recruitment results andannouncement

 面试结束后,由单位向学校提出建议引进教师名单,学校人事工作教授委员会审议确定拟录用人选。拟录用人选经学校审批通过后将在深圳大学人才招聘网站公布,公示期7天。

Each unit submits a list of qualifiedcandidates to the University after the interview. The faculty personnelcommittee will deliberate and determine the candidates to be hired. After theapproval from the University, the successful candidates will be announced on theUniversitys recruitment website for comments for 7days.

六、聘用

VI.Employment

 拟录用人员经公示,没有投诉或经查投诉不实或不影响聘用的,按规定在公示结束的一年内办理聘用手续,逾期未办理入职手续者,将视为放弃岗位,不予录用。

Ifno complaints about the successful candidates are received or the complaintsareunfounded ordo not affect the employment after verification, the employment procedures willbe completedwithinone year afterthe announcement. Candidates who fail to report to the University on time willbe deemed as a waiver of the employment and will not be accepted.
